Physician Phone Numbers   University Surgical Facilities Office hours in the main office at the Medical Office Building are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Individual members of University Surgical Associates conduct office hours at various times. You may schedule an appointment by contacting the individual physician for adult surgical problems or 401-421-1939 for pediatric surgical problems. It is advisable to call the office of the individual physician just prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm that office hours are running on schedule. Because of the variation in time needed to care for patients and the necessity of caring for emergencies during office hours, delays may occur. Every effort will be made to contact you prior to your appointment in the event it must be cancelled or changed.
